• WhatsApp phone numbers and message content when you contact the school via WhatsApp.

• Manage admissions and registration communication with parents and guardians.

4. WhatsApp Business Communications

Nordale Outreach School uses the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta"), to communicate with parents, guardians, and prospective families. Messages sent and received through WhatsApp are processed by Meta as a service provider on our behalf, in accordance with Meta's own privacy policy. You may opt out of WhatsApp communications from the school at any time by replying "STOP" to any message, or by contacting the school directly using the details in section 10 below.

5. Children's Information

As a primary school, we communicate primarily with the parents and guardians of our learners. Our website does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Where information about a learner is required for admissions or school administration, it is collected from and managed with the consent of a parent or guardian.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We only share information with service providers who help us operate the school and this website, namely Meta (for WhatsApp Business communications), our email delivery provider, and our website hosting provider. These providers process information only as necessary to provide their services to us.

7. Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law.

8. Security

We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal information in our care against loss, unauthorised access, and misuse.

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to request that it be corrected or deleted, and to object to how it is processed.
